You’re getting ready to start your day in the German village, putting on your traditional leather stockings. BUT – one of the stockings is missing! Surely your spouse must have lost it. There’s no way you lost the sock!

This dance is very relatable as we have all ended up missing a sock at some point. Putting away laundry, or trying to get ready in the morning – we have all been through that experience. What starts as a petty spat between couples, gradually increases in animosity. However, just like most disagreements, this one ends on a happy note as both partners realized that … it’s just a sock.
